Refunds are processed manually- if a refund applies, I will process your refund within 2 days. You will receive a receipt via email. Refunds will appear on your banking statements in 5-10 business days.
Most people are great, fun, and respectful. For the 1% that are not, I respectfully reserve the right to refuse service. You may be refused service if you disregard safety rules, use racist or transphobic/homophobic language, or behave with excessive rudeness.
Your email and phone given during booking are used only for direct communication in the event of closures or rescheduling.
If you join the newsletter, your email will be used to contact you twice a month with Heart & Shoal scheduling info, relevant business updates, and coupons. It is never shared with third parties.
As part of standard client privacy policies, my client info is kept strictly private. Any additional personal information I may learn in the course of working with my clients (ethnicity, immigration status, family info) will never be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
